We collect only the information required to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule rentals, and fulfill services.
Contact about your request. When you submit an inquiry, quote request, booking, or application, we use the contact details you provide to respond and handle that request, including relevant email updates or a phone call. Acknowledging this Privacy Policy and accepting the Terms does not subscribe you to newsletters, promotional emails, or text-message programs. Any SMS or marketing opt-in is collected separately; leaving it off does not prevent you from submitting a request.
We do not sell personal data. Information is used for customer service, order management, and legal compliance.
